Quote | Jim Walker

"We did a really good job of bouncing back today in game 1 after a disappointing day yesterday. Game 2 we just got behind early and couldn't climb out of that hole but the girls battled all the way to the end."

"Katrina Strow had a great day-she ended up catching all 15 innings today and her picking the runner of in the 8th was huge. Kit is a coaches dream- she will do anything for the team and is always super positive."

"Jasey Conn, Faith Pokryfke & Kaelee Moody all kind of came of the slumps they were in to start the season. If those 3 continue to hit like they did today with the contributions we have been getting from Josie, Lyric and some of the other girls we should just keep getting better."

We are looking forward to coming back tomorrow for 2 more games and getting better as a team."
