SHELBYVILLE, Ind. – The Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College women's cross country team earned a sixth-place team finish at the Franklin College Invitational on Saturday morning at Blue River Memorial Park.
The Pomeroys totaled 169 points, placing ahead of Franklin (197) and Anderson (225). DePauw captured the team title with 41 points, followed closely by Centre (45) and Manchester (94).
Senior
Quinlan Teague led the Pomeroys with a strong 11th-place overall finish, clocking 19:56.06 to score 10 points. Freshman
Brooke Mace impressed in her debut, placing 45th in 21:50.04 (+32).
