The SMWC Women's Golf team is hitting their stride heading into the River States Conference championship this coming weekend. The ladies were in action today in the Steven Tyler Memorial, hosted by Kalamazoo College in Kalamazoo, Michigan. The team fired their lowest round of the 2023-24 season thus far, posting a 325 to secure their fifth runner-up finish of the season in the 18-hole tournament today.
Sophie Boyll led the ladies with a college-best round of 77 to finish in second place individually by one shot. Not far behind was
Renae Jaeger, who fired a round of 78 to finish in third place.
Brooklee Bussing also nabbed a top-ten finish, with an 83 and ninth place finish.
