Nuckols takes fifth as Pomeroys open at IU East

Chase Nuckols shot a pair of 71s at Highland Lake Golf Course on Friday and Saturday to take fifth place in the IU East Fall Invitational. 
Playing for the SMWC Navy, Nuckols' consistent play led the Pomeroys on their opening weekend of the 2023-24 season. 
Brevin Cooper led SMWC White in 20th place with rounds of 73 and 74.
