KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Thirty-two Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College student-athletes have been named 2025 Daktronics NAIA Spring Scholar-Athletes, as announced by the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA).

This prestigious honor recognizes student-athletes across spring sports who have demonstrated outstanding academic achievement. To qualify, recipients must maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale, appear on the eligibility certificate for their sport, and have completed at least one full year at their institution.

The award encompasses several spring championship sports, including baseball, men's and women's golf, men's and women's lacrosse, track and field, softball, men's and women's tennis, men's volleyball, and women's beach volleyball.
