HUNT SEAT REGIONAL FULL RESULTS
SAINT MARY-OF-THE-WOODS, Ind. – The
SMWC Hunt Seat team delivered a complete performance Saturday at the IHSA Zone 7, Region 1 Hunt Seat Show, earning
Reserve Champion Team honors and advancing multiple riders toward the next level of postseason competition.
The Pomeroys finished second overall in the team standings with 241 points, trailing only Purdue University (335). The top two riders in each class earned advancement to IHSA Hunt Seat Zones, while Novice riders advanced to a final with the top two overall moving on.
Leading the way for SMWC was
Jaden Perry, who placed second in Open Fences to qualify for Zones and was named the
Cacchione Cup Reserve High Point Award winner for the show. Perry's consistent effort across phases anchored the Pomeroys' top-flight performances.
Fences Highlights

Open Fences, Perry secured a runner-up finish to punch her ticket to Zones.

Elizabeth Uhl represented the Pomeroys with a sixth-place effort.
Flat Results
On the flat, the Pomeroys continued to stack points.

Intermediate Flat, Minton added a fourth-place finish for SMWC.

Limit Flat, SMWC placed three riders:
Novice Division
SMWC riders advanced through both Novice sections into the Novice Final.
Coyle finished sixth overall in the Novice Final, capping a strong regional effort.
