2025-26 (Freshman): Competed in Hunt Seat Novice. Simmons earned a top-six finish during Show 2 of the Purdue Hunt Seat Show and placed fourth in Show 3.

2025 (Freshman): Appeared in 11 matches and 13 sets for Saint Mary-of-the-Woods during the 2025 season. Finished with 25.0 points, 24 kills, one assist, 11 digs and two blocks. Hit .259 for the season and averaged 1.92 points, 1.85 kills and 0.85 digs per set. Recorded a season-high four kills against Great Lakes Christian on Aug. 30, Huston-Tillotson on Sept. 5 and Brescia on Sept. 11. Hit 1.000 with four kills on four attempts against Great Lakes Christian and .750 with three kills against Wilberforce on Aug. 26. Posted a season-high three digs against Huston-Tillotson and added two digs against Boyce College and Brescia. Recorded one block against Boyce College and Shawnee State.
