Biography
2025 (Freshman): Appeared in seven games with one start during his first collegiate season as SMWC completed an undefeated MSFL championship campaign. Taft recorded 31 tackles, including 15 solo stops, with four tackles for loss, one-half sack, one forced fumble, one fumble recovery and one quarterback hurry. He posted a season-high eight tackles with one-half sack against Midway and added seven tackles with one-half tackle for loss at Quincy. Taft also recorded six tackles, one tackle for loss, a forced fumble and a fumble recovery in the road victory at Oakland City.
