SAINT MARY-OF-THE-WOODS, Ind. — Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College football battled to keep Saint Xavier University off the scoreboard in the second half, but a fast start by the Cougars proved too much to overcome as the Pomeroys fell 30-0 Saturday afternoon in Mid-States Football Association action at McMahon Field.
