Allyson Hardiek in a dominant fashion, topping Brescia University 81-51 at Hamilton Arena on Tuesday night.

Brooklynn Jones led four Pomeroys in double figures with 16 points along with 11 rebounds. Hardiek contributed 13 points, six rebounds and four blocked shots.

Other double-figure scorers for Saint Mary-of-the-Woods included
Destiny Thomas with 14 points, 6 rebounds, 5 assists and 4 steals; and
Abby Worley with 14 points off the bench.

Irye Gomez contributed 8 points, and
Madison Fueger added 6 points with 4 steals for the Pomeroys.

Genesis Ghide-Bryan paced Brescia with 15 points.

Saint Mary-of-the-Woods shot 47% from the field to pull away in the second half, highlighted by a 63% and 27-point third quarter.

Saint Mary-of-the-Woods improved to 18-9 on the season and 13-4 in River States Conference play, while Brescia dropped to 5-21 and 0-17 in league games. The Pomeroys, in strong contention for a top-3 seed in next week's conference tournament, close the regular season at Oakland City University on Saturday.
