Tarik Dixon poured in 15 of his 22 points in the second half, and
Keith Germain posted a double-double with 15 points and 11 rebounds for the Pomeroys.
Elkin Ramirez knocked down 3 of 6 from 3-point range for 17 points.Â
The Pomeroys played outstanding defensively, holding the Mighty Oaks to 35.1 percent shooting overall and 1 of 10 from 3-point range.
Dakota Sampson blocked four shots and
Keith Germain had two.
Cam Atchison led the team with two steals to go with his eight rebounds and four assists.
"Proud of the guys and how they pushed through," coach Mike Hunter said. "Defense again was really good."
The Pomeroys showed improvement down the final stretch in Hunter's first season and the program's second in existence.
"It was essentially a restart for them as a first season of men's basketball with a new coach," Hunter said. "They bought in more and more as the season went on.Â
"We started winning some of the games down the stretch we were letting slip at the beginning of the year. Keith, Elkin and Tarik really found their groove offensively toward the end of the season."Â
