SAINT MARY-OF-THE-WOODS, Ind. – The SMWC Women's Basketball team (12-13) completed their season with a 91-64 victory over the University of Cincinnati-Clermont (13-8). The Pomeroys snapped a five-game losing streak to finish the season 12-13 as they prepare for USCAA Nationals.
By the Numbers
- Avalee Jeffers would lead the team with 17 points while adding 10 rebounds for her fourth double-double of the season. She was followed in scoring by Aliyah Williams with 14 and Destiny Thomas with 12.
- Jeffers' 10 rebounds and Abby Worley's 7 assists would pace all players.
- The team shot 48.7% from the field but a strong 57.1% from 3-point range. They would shoot 71.4% from the line.

After securing the #5 seed in the USCAA Division I National Tournament, the team will prepare to travel to Richmond Virginia for the tournament on March 6-10
