The Pomeroys women's volleyball travels to New Albany, IN Tuesday night for a match against IU Southeast. This is the second time the Pomeroys will face the Grenadiers this season, as the RSC has division teams play each other twice during the volleyball season. The Pomeroys won the first match at home 3 sets to 2.
The Pomeroys are coming off a two road wins weekend where they beat Ohio Christian 3-0 and IU East 3-0. The Pomeroys got their first win ever against IU East last Saturday in a very close match winning 25-18, 31-29, 27-25.
The Pomeroys will look to continue their strong play on Tuesday night against a team that has a conference record of 7-8. The Grenadiers are also 11-13 overall on the season. The Pomeroys enter the match with a record of 24-5 overall and 10-5 in RSC play. The Pomeroys sit in fourth place in the West Division and fifth overall in the RSC going into Tuesday night's match.
This is the Pomeroys final road game of the season before they finish the season with two home games this weekend against Midway and Alice Lloyd.
