Box Score SAINT MARY OF THE WOODS, Ind. -- The SMWC women's basketball team hosted Cincinnati-Clermont today at 2:00 p.m. for the annual Hall of Fame basketball game. The Pomeroys beat the Cougars for the second time this season 109 - 71.
GAME FLOW
SMWC shot the ball 32.0% from the field in the first quarter which led to a five-point lead. In the second quarter, the Pomeroy offensive continued to flourish on all cylinders as they scored 32 points and shot 50% from the field. At halftime, SMWC led UC-Clermont 57-42 and would never look back. The Pomeroys continued pouring it on offensively as they knocked down 15 total shots from beyond the arc. SMWC beat the Cougars 109-71 to keep their USCAA National Tournament hopes alive!
