Box Score SAINT MARY OF THE WOODS, Ind. - The SMWC women's volleyball team defeated Fontbonne University this afternoon in front of the Pomeroys largest crowd all season long. SMWC won three sets to one to hit the double-digit win mark for the fourth straight season. The Woods will be back on the court on Tuesday, October 9th as they travel to Missouri Baptist University.

- McKenzi Kumpf led the team in kills with 14; she finished the game with a .342 hitting %
- Gabriella Slagle recorded 13 kills with a .261 hitting %
- Kelcie Basan and Pamela Dorman each tallied 13 digs apiece
- Katelyn Cotter added 39 assists to lead both teams
- The Pomeroys racked up 62.0 points, 46 kills, 46 assists, and 59 digs.
Looking Ahead...
The Woods will compete in a tri-set against Westminster University and Greenville University on Saturday, October 13th.
