2026 Indoor (Freshman): Competed in the shot put and weight throw. Milner placed third in the weight throw at the Anderson University Invitational with a season-best mark of 14.22 meters and sixth in the shot put. He also placed sixth in the weight throw at the River States Conference Championships with a throw of 14.57 meters (47-10).

2026 Outdoor (Freshman): Contributed across the shot put, discus, hammer and javelin. Milner placed sixth in the hammer throw at the River States Conference Championships with a mark of 44.59 meters (146-3). He also placed third in the discus at the Fightin’ Engineers Spring Classic with a throw of 42.28 meters and recorded a season-best hammer mark of 44.76 meters at the Rose-Hulman Early Bird Invitational.
