2026 Men's Cross Country Roster
Biography
2026 Indoor (Freshman): Competed in the distance events and relays. Hickenbotham placed seventh in the 3,000 meters at Rose-Hulman Friday Night Spikes #2 with a time of 9:31.63 and fourth in the mile at the Anderson University Invitational. He also ran on the sixth-place distance medley relay at the John Craft Invitational.
2026 Outdoor (Freshman): Led SMWC in several distance events, including the 800 and 1,500 meters at the Fightin’ Engineers Spring Classic. Hickenbotham placed eighth in the 5,000 meters at the Rose-Hulman Early Bird Invitational with a time of 16:37.02 and competed in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the River States Conference Championships, finishing in 10:53.57.
2025 (Cross Country): Competed in five meets during his freshman season and emerged as one of the Pomeroys’ leading runners. Hickenbotham made his collegiate debut with an 8K time of 30:23.25 at the John McNichols Invitational and recorded a season-best time of 28:30.6 at the Great Lakes Invitational. He finished third for SMWC in 29:26.1 at the River States Conference Championship as the Pomeroys placed seventh.
