2026 Men's Cross Country Roster
Biography
2026 Indoor (Sophomore): Competed in the middle-distance events and relays. DeHamer placed fifth in the 800 meters at the John Gartland Invitational with a time of 2:12.12 and ran on the sixth-place distance medley relay at the John Craft Invitational. He also competed in the 600, 800 and 1,000 meters during the season.
2026 Outdoor (Sophomore): Competed in the 800 and 1,500 meters and contributed to the relay group. DeHamer ran on the fourth-place 4x400-meter relay at the River States Conference Championships, helping SMWC finish in 3:35.50.
2025 (Cross Country):Â Competed in five meets during his sophomore season. DeHamer opened the year with a 5K time of 19:08.63 at the Franklin College Invitational before running 32:43.20 at the John McNichols Invitational. He improved to 31:41.4 at the Nike XC Town Twilight, competed at the Ray Bullock Invitational and recorded a season-best 8K time of 30:44.0 at the Great Lakes Invitational.
